Rainbow Row – Charleston, SC

Rainbow Row was coined for the 13 pastel colored historic Georgian buildings from 79 to 107 Bay Street in beautiful Charleston, South Carolina.  The homes, originally built in the 1800s, were painted as they were restored in the 1930s and 1940s.  Prior to restoration, they were in poor condition and were so run down, they were considered slums.

Singing In The Rain…

This little guy looks like he is ready to start tap dancing. The other little ducks around him were shaking off water from their recent trip to the pond making it appear as of it was raining.  This fella looked like he was ready to break out dancing and in song — “I’m singin’ in the rain, Just singin’ in the rain, what a glorious feelin’ I’m happy again…”
